All is not lost, however. I started tracking my food today (even the bad stuff) so that's something. I know I can lose weight without exercising, although much slowly, just by watching what I eat. I felt like this one day last week, took some meds, and the next morning I was fine. I'm really hoping it's the same deal this time.
Fall is my favorite time of year but it wreaks havoc on my body because I have severe allergies. I'm thinking that's all this is but I'm not taking any chances. Usually, when my allergies bother me, I don't lose my appetite, and I have today. I just don't want to eat anything.
My coffee this morning didn't help my throat so I had the hubby grab me a frappe when he went into town (thinking the cold would be better). I drank it (you know I'm not going to pass up a frappe!) but it didn't do anything but add 680 empty calories to my tracker.
Ugh, enough of my woe is me crap. Time to get back to work.
