I now have about 2 weeks of no textbooks, no reports, no homework, no nothing! I'm looking forward to having more time to focus on other things, like getting healthy.
Okay, moving on to another topic. I wrote yesterday that I was going to workout today. Well, I'm very apprehensive about that right now. I folded some laundry earlier and my back was giving me a fit. I'm not sure if I should take a chance with a workout if folding clothes irritated it. The hubs said I should do yoga instead of a traditional workout because it's slower paced and doesn't require rapid movements. I'm just not sure.
Please don't take this as I'm making excuses. I don't want to do anything to hurt my back again and be down for a longer period of time, or worse. I want to be sure that everything is a-ok before moving on.
Okay, that's enough from me for now. It's time to get something going for lunch and get the rest of the house straightened up.
