Challenge

I kinda, sorta met another girl in PA who has similar weight loss goals. We connected via SparkPeople but we've never met in person. We've been emailing, texting, and Facebooking to get to know each other and, so far, it's working out very well. We decided to create a challenge each week to keep us motivated and on the right track. This week's challenge is to keep a food diary.



We scheduled a weigh in for this morning and then kicked off our challenge. This challenge is going to be a snap because I'm already logging my food and activity on LoseIt! But, I'm so excited to have someone tackling all of this with me! I was so ready to take on the world when I woke up this morning! Maybe that's why I didn't sleep well last night, hmmmm. Who knows.

In an effort to keep track of things, I created a Weight Loss Support Group on Facebook. If you're interested, stop on over and join; the more the merrier! Weekly challenges, weigh ins, and everything else will be posted there. I'm also going to post of my favorite recipes, if I can.

Okay, my tilapia is just about done so I need to get moving on the sides. I hope you all got off the couch today!
