I purchased Gold's Gym Cardio for Wii about a year ago and it's so much fun! It's hard to think of it as a workout. My boys workout along with me and even my husband uses it. You have the option of using a prepared workout or choosing the exercises you want to do.You can only do one prepared workout per day and they're about 20-25 minutes in length. However, if you want to do more, you can always use the a la carte option. Don't worry; the prepared workout keeps changing so your body doesn't get used to the same routine.
You have the choice of trainers (male or female), music, and location. Because I'm a huge Rocky fan, my music is always set at "Eye of the Tiger". It keeps me pumped during the entire workout. The punches that you need to throw are shown on the screen and you're rated on how accurate your punches are.
If you're looking for something to spice up your routine, I highly recommend Gold's Gym Cardio!
