I weighed myself this morning - just to see how things are going - and I was down another pound! I'm not going to weigh myself anymore until the 15th because I don't want to constantly be worried about it. All-in-all, since I started again in February, I've lost a little over 15 pounds! I'm halfway to my first goal of losing 30 pounds. I'm so psyched about that!
My goal is to be down to 250 by the time I go back to the doctor in August. If I keep going like I have been, I have no doubts that I'll make the goal with time to spare. But, I'm not going to get hung up on it; I'm just going to continue to eat healthy and get as many whole grains and as much fiber as I can.
