I didn't want to workout today but I sucked it up and got it done. Instead of doing just the prepared workout on Gold's Gym Cardio, I did that plus one of the beginner exercises. All in all, I spent 27 minutes and 281 calories punching out some frustrations. I know my legs are going to be sore tomorrow because there was a lot of ducking involved in today's lesson.
I had sweat dripping from my face during the workout and that's what I was going for. If I can keep that up, I'll start losing again in no time. Tomorrow is going to be a little difficult because I have an appointment in the morning and then we're heading down to Ocean City to check out a condo we might be renting for our mini-vacation in July. That doesn't mean I'm going to forget about my workout; it means I'll get it in much later than I usually do.
Okay, it's getting late and I've got to get up early in the morning. Here's to another active and productive day tomorrow!
