It's been a little over a week since I started the weight loss thing again and I'm down 8 pounds! It feels so good to be on the right track. I've been tracking my food everyday but I haven't been exercising. Last week was crazy busy and this week is shaping up to be the same way. I know that's an excuse and I'm working on correcting it. Hopefully tomorrow will be my last super hectic day for a while. I'm so tired of being on the go all the time.
I'm ready for the days when I can get up, work out, and go to the office again. This running around all the time is for the birds because I don't ever seem to get anything done around here. On the bright side, I have been walking a lot more. I guess I have been getting some exercise - something is better than nothing.
