I've decided that I'm going to still get up at 5 am so I can workout. School starts Monday so I won't have to worry about being quiet in the mornings because everyone will be getting up soon anyway. My plan is this:

- up at 5 am
- workout at 5:15
- shower at 5:45
- kids up at 6
- breakfast at 6:45
- out the door at 7 am.
I know this is something I can stick to because I'm used to getting up at 5 am. I'm hoping that I'll be able to get on the treadmill for 30 minutes in the evening when I get home but we'll see how things go. I don't want to try to do too much because I know I'll get disappointed and give up again. I have to allow time to spend with the family and homework. I know my health is just as important as those things but I can do both if I follow the routine above.
I also have an awesome support system in place. My boys try to workout with me and most of the girls at the office are there if I need them. We talk about dieting and weight loss all the time so I know I can go to them for support, ideas, and suggestions. I'm also going to try to start blogging more often to help hold myself accountable. Again, we'll see how that goes because my life, like yours, can get very hectic very quickly.
