Milestone


It's no secret I've become a "FitBit Fanatic" and today marks the day that I walked 10,000+ steps! I'm so proud of myself and I want to keep going. I've been playing tennis this week and I've really enjoyed myself.


So far, this week has been fantastic and I'm surprised by how much I'm starting to enjoy exercising. I've been thinking, constantly, about ways I can increase my steps and activity level. It can get difficult because I sit at a desk all day working but I'm determined to figure out a way to make it happen.

Through FitBit, I found FitBolt, which is an application that alerts you to do a specific exercise. It's designed for those who work in an office so the exercises are fairly simple and quick. To learn more, check out http://www.fitbolt.com. I have the app installed in my browser but it hasn't been working lately. I think I'll look into that in the morning to find out why and get it fixed.

Okay, I've got to get going to bed. I'm planning on getting up fairly early and walking my fur baby before getting stuck to my desk for the day.
