Poor Behavior

For the past few days I haven't been following my plan to the letter. But, tomorrow is a new day. I've been feeling like crap lately and it's time for me to get out of my funk and get down to business. I've been wearing my FitBit everyday and night but I haven't been tracking my food like I should or even eating right. I'm the captain of this ship and it's time I steer it in the right direction!
Usually, I would wait until Monday to restart my program but not this time. There's no time like the present to get back into the swing of things. It's late now and dinner was delayed but first thing tomorrow, it's on like donkey kong! 

I have an appointment first thing in the morning but once I get back I'm going to workout. I'm going to try to eat breakfast before I leave so I'm not tempted to stop by Hardee's for one of their egg and cheese biscuits. I'm hoping to get out of the house tomorrow and play some tennis before the weather turns crappy again. It's been in the high 60s today and it's supposed to be nice again tomorrow so why not take advantage of it? 

I've been trying out some new looks this week. I ordered some makeup and it's starting to come in. The poor UPS guy has been here just about every day this week. I've also been toying around with creating some videos but I'm not totally sold on that yet. I don't like the way I look on camera so I'm very apprehensive about recording myself but maybe that's exactly what I need to do. I'm still deciding...
