Biggest Loser Club - RANT

It's no secret that I'm a fan of The Biggest Loser. Imagine my surprise to learn that my husband signed me up   for their online club! I was so excited and I couldn't wait to put it to good use. Well, I was in for a shock.

Their commercials always say to sign up to receive expert advice. I guess you have to have special powers to actually get someone to answer you. I submitted a question and I never received a response. I checked the box to be notified via email when a response was made and....nothing!

I couldn't believe that no one responded to my question. I wasn't about to continue my subscription after that so I had my husband cancel it. I wouldn't have been so upset if it was something I didn't have to pay for but, because it's a paid subscription, I feel as though I deserve more for my money.

I'm still a fan of the show but I won't be tempted to sign up for any paid programs.
