Happy Holidays

Christmas is upon us and tonight has really made me reflect upon 2011. I've already begun to think about my resolutions for the new year and I'm tired just thinking about them. Yes, I have more than one resolution for next year and I'm determined to at least work on all of them.


One of the things I got for Christmas as an iPad2, which is what I'm using right now. I'm hoping it will serve me better than my cell in the sense that I can better track my progress in multiple areas. For example, we're budgeting differently and Mint.com has an iPad app, which I've installed. Fatsecret.com also has an app and, of course, so does Blogger; although I think it might be better if I just used my browser instead of the app because the app is sideways. C'mon Google, get a better app!

One thing about my resolutions is that I'm not waiting until 1/1/12 to get started. I'm starting now because procrastinating never got anyone anywhere.

Have a happy and safe holiday and be blessed to spend time with those you love and who love you. Remember, this time of year isn't about how much money you spent or the kinds of gifts you received. It's about making new memories and remembering the old.
