Take....100

Yep, it's that time again. It's time for me get back in saddle! I've decided to rearrange the house a bit to bring the treadmill out into the living room. Bringing it out will allow me to walk, spend time with the guys, and watch television. I think that's part of my problem; after work I just want to chill out and watch t.v. If the treadmill is in the living room, I can walk and watch t.v. at the same time.

I'm also hoping seeing it staring me in my face when I'm sitting on the couch will help keep me motivated. All I know is I have to do something. I've really been noticing some things lately and I don't like what I see. I've been feeling really lazy lately and I know that most of that is because of the stress.

Like most people, I look forward to coming home from work and relaxing. But, when you really think about it, what's another 30 minutes or so until I'm able to chill? That's all it takes - 30 minutes of physical activity per day. I'm going to make a plan to walk every day for at least 30 minutes. The first week, I'll probably just walk for 30 minutes to give myself time to get used to it.

It's time for me to get moving. I've got a busy day tomorrow and I've been up and on the go since 5 am. The cat just jumped up on the chair, which means it's time for bed. Good night!
